Studio Tenjung’s debut collection of area rugs features a diverse range of weaving experiments, echoing the drafts of a weaver's notebook.
Inspired by her heritage, designer Tenzin Tsomo draws on the anatomy of antique Tibetan equestrian rugs. These techniques lay the groundwork for future designs and collaborations, positioning Notations as the foundation of ongoing exploration.

The Notations collection flaunts an approach that is experimental and playful while simultaneously possessing a strong sense of history. Colors, dimensions and materials are customizable upon request.
DETAILS
Textural highlights include three-dimensional stripes with a deconstructed labyrinth pattern and a unique warp-faced-back technique, creating a captivating pointillist effect on the surface.
